It was the greatest day, ever, for canine and human bacon-lovers alike. It was International Bacon Day—a day dedicated to the most fabulous meat on the planet. Beggin'® hosted its own event in Cincinnati, Ohio, so our four-legged friends (along with their owners) could celebrate the amazing meat. The dogs enjoyed the festivities with plenty of Beggin' Strips® on hand, while their owners gobbled up all the bacon in sight. Thanks to all who participated, and to all who continue to keep the cult of bacon going strong.

Bacon Maze

What's the best possible reward for getting to the end of a maze? Beggin'®, of course! Dogs had a blast weaving their way through the Beggin'® maze in search of that irresistible scent.

Costume Contest

Dogs dressed in their finest bacon for the costume competition, where the King and Queen of the Beggin'® Bacon Bash were crowned.

Loudest Bark

We don't know whether the dogs were barking for Beggin'® or for the world record, but we know they made some noise in an attempt to achieve the World's Loudest Bark.

Gillespie Cooking Demo

Chef Kevin Gillespie shared his love and expertise for all things bacon, including a demonstration on how to make your own.

Incredible Dog Team

The Purina® Incredible Dog Team seemed to have a little extra jump in their step during their dock diving, Frisbee, and agility performances. Why? They were anticipating Beggin'®, of course!

Bacon-Eating Contest

The bacon-eating contest was a huge hit with the crowd and with the bacon-lovers who participated. Did the winners have their fill? You can never have enough bacon!
